Refund & Returns Policy

Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns under the following conditions:

• Items must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging.
• Return request must be submitted within 14 days of delivery.
• Custom-made or personalized instruments are not eligible for return unless defective.

Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email about the status of your refund. Approved refunds will be:

• Processed within 7–10 business days.
• Issued to your original payment method.
• Excluding non-refundable shipping costs (unless the return is due to our error).

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or faulty item, contact us immediately with clear photos. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.

Exchanges

Exchanges are available only for the same product type (size or variation). For a different product, please initiate a return and place a new order.
